The Library offers limited notary public services for the convenience of our community.
Notary services are available during library hours only.
Availability is subject to staff schedules.
You can call ahead to confirm availability.
A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
The complete, unsigned document
Do not sign the document before arriving.
Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.
All signers must be present at the time of notarization.
The notary cannot provide legal advice or assist in completing forms.
The notary reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with Texas law.
Documents in languages other than English will be declined.
